Order status and substatus
Summary
Order contains two fields: _status and _substatus that describe current state of order.
For example, if _status equals 'open' and _substatus equals 'awaiting_master_accept', it means the offer is created, master already have received a request, but haven't accepted it yet.

Statuses
- open
Order created, but works have not started yet. It's awaiting of master requesting and accepting of awaiting of date of works.
- in_work
Master have started to work on order.
- completed
Master have reported that works are completed. Money is frozen, but transaction have not completed yet.
- done
Works are completed, money is transferred.
Substatuses
- open
Order created, but works have not started yet.
- awaiting_master_request
Awaiting of requesting master.
- awaiting_master_accept
Request for master is created, awaiting of accept.
- not_in_stock
Items are not in stock, awaiting when it will be in stock.
- in_stock_awaiting_date
Partner update instock status to
true. Awaiting of setting date of works.- in_work
Order is in work.
- completed
Master have reported that works are completed. Money is frozen, but transaction have not completed yet.
- awaiting_payment
Awaiting where system will complete payment.
- payment_hold
Customer's money have been frozen, but not transferred yet.
- payment_captured
Customer's money have been transferred to the master's account.
- payment_error
There was error of payment.
- payment_requires_action
Customer needs to do some actions to complete the payment (usually it is bank 3D Secure check).
- awaiting_fee
Order is completed, awaiting of master's fee payment.
- fee_hold
Master's fee have been frozen, but not transferred yet.
- fee_captured
Master's fee have been transferred.
- fee_error
There was an error of fee payment.
- fee_requires_action
Master needs to do some actions to complete the fee payment (usually it is bank 3D Secure check).
- done
Works are completed, money is transferred.
